Healing After Loss: Grief Support Groups

Grief changes everything—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our 8-week professionally facilitated grief group provides a safe, supportive space to process loss, reduce isolation, and begin rebuilding meaning after the death of a loved one.

Led by a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), our groups combine emotional support with evidence-based grief counseling approaches. Participants are invited to share at their own pace in a confidential, structured setting.

A group may be helpful if you are experiencing:

  • Recent or past loss that still feels unresolved
  • Difficulty adjusting to life after a loved one’s death
  • Emotional numbness, guilt, anger, or overwhelm
  • Feeling isolated in your grief

Details:

  • 8 weekly sessions
  • In-person and online options available
  • Limited to 8 participants
  • Private pay (sliding scale spots available)

You do not need to “move on” from grief—but you can learn how to carry it differently.
